CLLIX Australia 108 Apartments

The location was great with quick walk to flinders train station, felt very safe and comfortable the whole time, great unique park for kids right outside the building, IGA just a quick walk away along with a lot of great cafes and restaurants very close by & the view from our room was stunning.

Apartment with spectacular view of the city and close proximity to southbank cafes, restaurants and bars. Main positives are the location and the view. Apart from free Wi-Fi, there are not other amenities provided. Gym and pool access is restricted to the residents only. Guests has to organise all daily provisions including tissues and other consumables, however, there are supermarkets including woolworths walking distance from the apartment. Check in is in a different building 5 minutes from the apartment. While there is a drive way leading to the lobby, it is restricted to trade/deliveries. Please organise the access for arrival and departure, otherwise you have to cart your luggage from far without access to trolly. We loved the place for its location and view, our elderly parents who booked another apartment in the same building didn’t like it due to the access limitation to car/taxi as they had to walk little bit further to access.

Position of apartment on 47 floor gave panoramic views of the city. It was in a central location near to beautiful riverside cafes and restaurants and all the public transport. Plenty of music and night life and very good shopping. Good location to visit the F1 race circuit at Albert Park. Everything you needed was in the apartment including dish washer and washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and immaculate bedding and bathroom accessories.

LOVED the view and how big the apartment was and gayan from reception was very accommodating and absolutely lovely, we had a good chat and he was very helpful and patient. Explaining everything in clear detail and helped with the last minute decision for a parking space (after we had already checked in and decided to go back to get one after all) over all we had a great experience the location was fantastic we had a concert to go to at the forum so was super easy to get to and with iga right accross the rd and a full kitchen meant we didn’t have to order in we could cook ourselves. Fantastic experience and will definitely book again.
